The Protech Membership Program, owned and operated by Absolute Protech Sports (M) Sdn Bhd, constitutes our loyalty program
Only valid for online purchases at https://www.protech-sports.com/ & Protech Shopping App.
Membership points and privileges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping fees, payment fees are not eligible to earn points.
Points earned are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Points will be credited within 2-3 working days after receiving the parcel.
Once membership tier is upgraded, the total cumulative amount will be recalculated to reach the next membership level. However, the total spent will be retained.
The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
